Why Hachi Hachi for the restaurant name?
Well, let's break it down. In Japanese, 'Hachi' means number 8, and in Chinese, 88 (or 'Fa Fa') symbolizes prosperity and good fortune. Now, here's the twist ‘Hachi,' when pronounced as 'Hao Chi' (好吃) in Chinese, means delicious. Mix these two delightful meanings, and you've got the perfect recipe for our concept—a place that embodies both prosperity and exquisite taste.
So happy this establishment is in our community. The atmosphere is great, service was friendly, and the food was great. Can’t wait to try more of their specialty rolls. Very satisfied, especially with how smoothly our experience was after just recently opening!

I ordered the steak hibachi. It was delicious! Menu options are excellent, plenty of choices. Service was prompt and polite. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely come back to try more food from the menu.

This place is a hidden gem. We were looking for sushi options near Oregon, Wisconsin and stumbled upon this place. The sushi is always very fresh, very well prepared and the staff are always great to work with when ordering via phone or the online option is super easy as well. I would highly recommend them and will be looking forward to our next visit there very soon.
